Perfectly timed for the warm weather and the we’d-like-to-be-in-the-mediterranean desire for al fresco dining, Raymond Blanc has just opened his new Brasserie Blanc on the iconic Opera Terrace in Covent Garden.  Internationally acclaimed chef, Blanc, has all bases, tastes and occasions covered with a crêperie on the ground floor, a stand-alone cocktail bar and a large sun-drenched terrace for open air dining. Set within the grade II listed building, Brasserie Blanc combines beautiful views across the piazza with the relaxed French dining style that Blanc is renowned for, to become this summer’s must-visit dining destination.

And as Raymond Blanc commented at the launch, “We are very excited to be opening a Brasserie Blanc in such a prestigious location. Our guests will be wined and dined in a gorgeous Parisian style conservatory that overlooks one of the capital’s finest buildings. It doesn’t get much better than that!”
