Peruvian restaurant Ceviche opened this week serving up Peruvian classics at No.17 Frith Street in Soho.

The restaurant will serve a selection of ceviche made from the freshest raw fish, just enough Peruvian lime, a pinch of chilli and ground sea salt, made to order from their Ceviche bar.

Other Peruvian dishes will also be served, including Anticuchos – a classic street snack of grilled marinated octopus, steak or salmon; Arroz con Mariscos – Mixed seafood rice with pisco, ají amarillo chilli, rocoto chilli and red peppers; A selection of super healthy salads; and delicious Causas – potato cakes stuffed with fresh crab or prawns.

Any self-respecting Peruvian will tell you that it’s all about the Pisco Sours. which will be mixed to perfection and served in abundance from the bar along with a selection of vintage cocktails and punches.
