Sometimes getting into shape feels like more than a one-woman job. Ok, the hard work, willpower and sweat may well stop at you, but more often than not a little push in the right direction makes a world of difference. No one knows this better than Nike, who are opening up a whole week’s worth of free workouts across London to help you get that extra fitness boost that you need.

Take your pick from various classes and locations across the capital, including spin and yoga sessions at Kensington’s super-gym Equinox, early morning training sessions at Niketown HQ in Oxford Circus or for those who prefer something a little less mainstream, how about a Silent Disco workout at Village Underground in Hoxton? As well as Nike running clubs, outdoor fitness sessions will also be held over the weekend at some of London’s great parks, including Regent’s Park, Holland Park and Clapham Common.

Not only will each of the Training Club classes be held by one of Nike’s world class trainers, include Sonja Moses who will be cycling at speed at Equinox and Jamie Stumpe who will lead, and light, the way at the after-dark run through central London but attendees will also be in with a chance of winning a range of Nike goodies, including a Nike+ Fuelband and personal training sessions with a Nike Master Trainer. Fitness and prizes, what more could you want?

So there you have it, Nike have provided the motivation, now all you have to do is sign up and #makeitcount

Nike Training Club’s Supercharge Week runs from 4th-10th February. Sign up now at
