It’s no secret that London is a city boasting a certain insouciant style. There’s fashion to be found in all aspects of the city, including the choice of cocktails. Which is why, for a limited time only the Corinthia Hotel has created The London Collection, which reflects the most stylish locations about town and just in time for one of the most trendy times of year, Fashion Week.
You can order drinks by the names of Bond Street Bespoke which blends fresh raspberries, caster sugar, fresh lemon, Amaro Averna and bitters, the Savile Row Stitch-Up which is a heady combination of Dewars 12 stirred with Lustau East India sherry. Pierre Ferrand Dry orange curacao and Bassoon own grenadine syrup or maybe plump for the East London Spice, 42 Below Vodka, lime juice, King’s Ginger liqueur, orange bitters, lengthened with ginger beer, which come the end of a hectic day of fashion, will be most welcome.
The London Collection Cocktails’ limited edition availability lasts as long as the AW13 fashion shows, from Friday February 15th to Tuesday 19th.
Cocktails from The London Collection are priced at £16 at The Corinthia Hotel, Whitehall Place, London, SW1A 2BD. corinthia.com
