If you’re fed up with mass-produced sandwiches or fast-food chains, or you’re looking for a healthy, filling lunch to be delivered to your desk, then this little gem is a true find. Rosalind’s Kitchen is hidden down a side-street linking upper Regent Street and Great Portland Street and serves food that is healthy, delicious and freshly prepared daily.

They cater for office lunches from an ever-changing menu so check out the Rosalind’s Kitchen website regularly. There are as many veggie main dishes as there are meat (which makes a change) and sizes come in small and large for between £4 and £6. Swing by for a gorgeous breakfast that will really set you up until you can revisit them at lunchtime. We particularly love their Tabbouleh and raw beetroot salads and their mushroom and caramelised onion tarts although their cupcakes have a certain reputation locally for being fairly irresistible. Daily menus can also be checked on All meat, poultry, dairy, eggs, flour and root vegetables are organic and there are absolutely no preservatives – so fresh means fresh! Rosalind’s Kitchen, 12 Little Portland Street, London W1W 8BJ.
