Halloween Cake - get ready to frost

Ingredients: The Cream Cheese Frosting

650g full fat cream cheese
200g icing sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
some maple syrup

Preparation:

Take the cream cheese and put it in a mixing bowl with the sieved icing sugar and vanilla. Beat it all together but be care full not to over beat as it could turn runny.

Set it aside and get your cake ready to frost.

With a pastry brush, brush the tops of each of the cakes with maple syrup and then spread with the frosting.

Continue to spread a layer all over the cake and decorate with whatever takes your fancy!
