Stars like Madonna have made plastic surgery almost fashionable!

We’ll be the first to admit we love E! for weekend viewing but have they gone too far with their latest offering? E!  has ordered a new series that crosses a wedding competition with extreme plastic surgery.

“Bridalplasty,” where brides-to-be compete in wedding-themed challenges to win extensive surgical procedures, will be announced by E! shortly for their coming line-up of shows.

Each week, a group of women competes in wedding-related challenges. The winner is immediately awarded with a plastic surgery from her ‘wish list’ and the results are shown the next week. In a Big Brother-style twist, the women are voted out by fellow competitors, possibly (according to E!) “losing [their] chance to be the perfect bride.”

The last bride standing will receive a “dream wedding,” where she will reveal her new appearance to friends, family and the groom. “Viewers will witness his emotional and possibly shocked reaction as they stand at the altar and he lifts her veil to see her for the first time following her extreme plastic surgery,” says E!
