Fashion Week has our minds engrossed on the makeup trends arriving, and one particular being the natural makeup with the bold red/oxblood lips featured by designers Jason Wu, Topshop Unique, Oscar De La Renta and more.
“It’s that sexy, strong career woman who’s out to rule the world, but what makes it modern is that it’s more boyish and fresh.” Yadim for Maybelline in describing the look for DKNY at NYFW. He kept skin raw using no foundation and lashes were curled without mascara being applied, and eyebrows were groomed.
Hurray! A beauty trend we can definitely all re-create at home and look fashion ready; with one swish of a great lippie.
