Enjoy a intriguing insight into the life of a national treasure at Peter Sellers: Behind the Camera: a unique reflection of one of the world’s great comedy actors, which will run at the exclusive Knightsbridge based pop-up space 19 Beauchamp Place from Monday 26th October until Sunday 1st November.

The exhibiton was curated by Sellers’ daughter, Sarah, and Sarah’s daughter Emily, and held to commemorate what would have been his 90th birthday this year.
This special retrospective is a collection of 50 rare images, either taken by Peter Sellers himself or relating to his photographic career. As well as presenting a fascinating pictorial chronicle of the ‘60s and ‘70s, Peter Sellers: Behind the Camera also offers an intriguing personal glimpse into this multi-talented performer’s life.
Many of the framed images will be up for sale, and there will also be a limited-edition fully illustrated catalogue, also featuring unseen photographs that are not featured in the exhibition itself.
This is to raise money towards a great cause, and proceeds from the sales will be donated by the Sellers family to the British Heart Foundation.
His daughter Sarah says, “I wanted to find a way to celebrate my father’s life, his family and his love of photography. Peter Sellers: Behind the Camera, organised in support of The British Heart Foundation, is the result. We really hope that the public enjoy it. We think it is something he would have been proud of.”
