If you haven’t tried this product yet; I will just say, read this and then go buy one for yourself! It is so worth it.
As I am on my hair saving mission, my hair is being treated to all sorts of products at the moment; and one that needs a special mention was the Philip Kingsley Elasticizer. It is a pre-shampoo treatment with conditioning properties, to help add elasticity back into damaged hair.

It just makes so much sense. Hair in poor condition snaps off and breaks when it’s stretched. Bleaching my hair in the past was the main culprit of this, and if I were to brush my hair I would have little pieces of ends all over the place. The intensely conditioning Elasticizer delivers an intense amount of moisture to the hair’s cuticle; giving it back the suppleness, elasticity and bounce healthy hair should have.
I have fine hair, and I particularly love this product as it is a one of a kind nourishing treatment for your hair. This is because it is totally weightless, and doesn’t coat your hair with excess moisture, or oil (and I have a phobia of anything that makes my flyaway locks flat or oily, so take my word for it).
My hair simply looks and feels in so much better condition, I am coming towards the end of my tub and will definitely be getting another; and I try to get it on a couple of times a week. All you have to do is spare 10-20 mins or so, before you are about to wash your hair. Get it on the ends in particular, and leave in while you go and do some other bits before getting in your bath/shower.
It is fragrance free and suitable for any hair type that just needs a little looking after. I have read that it was originally created by Philip Kingsley specifically for Audrey Hepburn. She wanted a treatment that would repair her hair and keep it in good condition throughout all her frequent colouring and styling that was done to her hair for movie sets… thus, the Elasticizer was born.
For those of you that like to enjoy a fresh scent; Philip Kingsley have announced that they will be bringing out a Limited Edition Elderflower and Rhubarb Elasticizer, available exclusively to QVC from 1st March. The brand new scent is inspired by the British summertime at the Kingsley family estate near Henley, and combines the fruity notes of rhubarb, apple and green tea with white florals of elderflower, jasmine and gardenia.

Get yours now: Philip Kingsley Elasticizer available from QVC is £25 for 150ml, and the Limited Edition will be £57 for 1000ml.
